Reconnecting With Nature's Purity
Grellow was created to challenge the industrialization of food. We believe that kitchen staples should be prepared with time-honored patience, authentic native grains, and absolute transparency.
A Legacy of Grandmother-Approved Care
Our journey began in Sarsai, Junagadh, watching our elders prepare chutneys and sun-dried spices. There was an inherent rhythm to it—seeds were sun-dried, pulses were ground slowly on heavy stones, and pickling oils were freshly wood-pressed in local mills. The kitchen was an apothecary of wellness.
As commercially processed foods took over, these traditional recipes were replaced by chemical acidifiers, synthetic colors, and highly polished, nutrition-stripped crops. We started Grellow to preserve these heritage recipes.
Laboratory Verified
Continuous testing of soil and crops for heavy metal and pesticide safety.
Geographic Integrity
Sourced from specific regional soils ideal for native crop variations.
“We don't speed up nature. We wait for the harvest.”
— Grellow Sourcing Directive
The Farm To Home Sourcing Flow
Understand every step of how our premium natural products are harvested, prepared, and pre-packed.
Cooperative Farmer Partnerships
We partner directly with over 150 smallholder organic farmers in dry-land zones. By cutting out middle traders, we guarantee them fair-trade pricing and invest directly in native, non-hybrid seeds.
Pesticide-Free Chemical Free Cultivation
Crops are grown using rain-fed traditional organic compost, neem cakes, and natural soil builders. We run periodic laboratory soil testing to ensure absolute zero pesticide contamination.
Nutritional Shadow-Drying
Unlike high-temperature industrial dehydrators that burn off volatile oils and minerals, our botanicals (Moringa, Mint) are gently shadow-dried at low temperatures to lock in vibrant colors and chlorophyll.
Traditional Sun-Cured Steeping
Our signature pickles are cured under the natural warmth of the sun in massive earthen urns. Infused in wood-pressed cold mustard oil, they ferment slowly to build natural gut-friendly probiotics.
